Implementation

The IMS is designed to ensure consistent application of these principles across all territories, with governance mechanisms that include regular reviews, audits, and monitoring of compliance with our Third-Party Governance Framework. This framework sets clear expectations for suppliers and includes due diligence processes to assess and mitigate risks associated with supplier practices.
The principles outlined in this policy statement are reinforced by Ekco’s suite of policies, which include:
• Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy: Establishes strict guidelines against bribery, corruption, and any unethical business conduct.
• Competition Compliance Policy: Ensures fair competition practices and compliance with antitrust laws across all operations and supplier engagements.
• Conflict of Interest Policy: Addresses potential conflicts in supplier selection and procurement processes, requiring full disclosure and transparent decision-making.
• Modern Slavery Policy Statement: Affirms our zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery, child labour, and human trafficking within our supply chains, with rigorous supplier vetting and monitoring.
• Whistleblowing Policy: Provides a secure channel for employees and third parties to report any concerns related to unethical or unlawful supplier practices, ensuring anonymity and protection from retaliation.
